Monthly Rent
One-Bedroom: $1550/mo
Two-Bedroom: $1950/mo
Deposit
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at lease signing.
Lease Term
The initial lease term is 15 months. Renewal options may be available.
Application Fee
The application fee is $75 per adult. All adult occupants must complete an application.
Availability
Units will be available in early fall 2026. Apply early to secure your preferred floor plan.
How to Apply
Complete the application, submit the fee, provide documentation, and await approval.
